You attract what you are!!

Here is the bottom line: Your external reality is directly proportional to internal reality. Now, What do I mean by that? The Whole Universe is responding to how you are Vibrating/Feeling from inside in this present moment. If your feeling is  rooted in Joy/Love your external reality will become the same. By external reality I mean your friends & Relationships, career, joy etc. If you are rooted in fear, Struggle your external reality will become the same. If you want to know how you are Vibrating basically you can know right away. Just below where your Rib cage ends & where your Belly starts is your emotional center. This emotional center will give you a Reality check how you are feeling in the present moment. Familiar with below experiences:  Your mind keeps on making so much noise/chatter that you do not seem to get a way out of it..Even when you do not want it to make noise it still makes so much noise that you have to pop in a pill or that cigarette or that drink to make it silent..& you do not even understand why??? Have you ever seen a heart transplant happening in real life or maybe in a video? (Check it out here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYWmYJNg5Jw&t=115s ) In a heart transplant the receiver’s heart is stopped by putting in two electrodes to stop it beating, so that the doctors can remove it. Before this step the doctors bypass the hearts arteries to a machine where the pumping part is taken care by the machine itself. Moreover the lungs are also bypassed & the machine takes over for the pumping of air in human body. Now just picture this: A patient is lying down on the operation theater with his heart & lungs bypassed where the beating & breathing are taken over by the machine. In this picture the patient is still alive. If it was because of heart he was alive or lungs for that matter he would have been dead by now since the beating process has been taken over by the machine (A non living thing). Balance - How do you really achieve it?

Apparently I was asked this question recently how do I balance everything whatever it is work- life balance, financial balance, health, well being etc.? You have always heard about & tried to have work-life balance but never succeeded & then you get lost in daily duties of life & the word (work-life balance goes on the side). I was asked this question couple of nights ago..Ankur, Why I am not motivated to do Self Improvement things like others are doing? I asked him, Do you drink, he said yes. I said do you smoke.? He said yes. I said, dear you are already miserable but not miserable enough to do something about it.  you are in pain but not enough pain that you have to do some self improvement. When you were young your mother told you: Son, Don't put your hand in fire you will burn your hand. Assuming that she has always spoken truth to you, you  believed her.
