What is Stress (in home, office) in scientific terms?
Why did you get it in first place & How do you come out of it?
If you see the definition of stress it is a force created in opposite directions on anything. Take arubber band & pull it on opposite sides. The rubber band will get under stress. Release the force & the rubber band reaches its stable state (non stressed state).
Similarly there are two forces created inside you too. One from the life which speaks through your heart called life-force which is actually what you want every time. That car that house that relationship where you say: Aha this is what I want. This force from your heart is always positive in nature and always works for your well being.
There is another force inside you which comes through brain/mind. This force is created by your external conditioning created by people & surroundings around you, both positive and negative. It’s mostly the negative that affects you which is not in sync with your heart.
Say for example your heart says you want to be in sports say a runner professionally becausethat is what inspires you, but your friend comes along & tells you that you should do a job in computer field because you will earn more money there.
You go out get a clerical job sitting at your desk doing 9-5 work because that is what your friend told you (which is external conditioning). Slowly now you begin to hate (not liking) the job because it is not congruent with your heart. & the stress starts building up. Now in above example there are two forces inside you.
One saying (Heart) be a runner second (brain) saying be at the computer job. This two opposite forces are what that starts creating stress because you are now under the tension of them.
Add on to the weight of the clerical job it will start adding more force in opp. directions thus adding more stress in you & thus will make you say. My job is stressful!!
It’s not the job that is stressful. It’s not making the right choice when life wanted to put you into right direction by following your heart but you did not choose it thus landing you into wrong place creating more stress.
You would have seen for some people the same computer job will be pretty fun & they can handle bigger loads of that job because initially when they chose it, it was always what they wanted to do (aligned with their heart)..
If you just leave the computer job there will be no more stress but if you start doing another job that is not aligned to your heart be it being a NASA scientist you will get stressed again. It will again induce stress in you.
You might say that I am happy with my job but I still have stress. This is because somewhere in all areas of your life be ityour health, relationships, finances you have chosen or donesomething that is not aligned with your heart. When this level of complexity arises from all areas of life the reason from which the stress is occurring gets deeply buried in you & it takes time to resolve it.
It is this simple. Life is very simple. It’s when you start applying force through your mind by taking unnecessary actions through external conditioning you develop an incongruent reality around you which leads to stress.
How do you rewind/remove this?
I have been able to find that by meditation you can De-condition your mind from external influences so the net force of the mind gets to zero thus only force that remains in you is through your heart which always builds a reality of well being around you. That’s why they say “Always follow your heart” be it in your career, relationships, money. Etc.I have seen some people saying I am thinking through heart?
Your heart does not think. It does not have capacity for any words. What happens is whenever you see something new that is congruent to your heart be it your job, your relationship you will have sudden gush of blood flowing through your right chest area creating a little excitement.That is the inspiration coming through your life energy/life-force to do that thing..If you follow this intelligence from your life-source the life will become a smooth sailing & you will forget the meaning of stress forever.
