Why Migraine Happens & How to fix it without Pills.

If we just follow the cycles of nature, health will be the natural state of your body without taking any pills.  

Being Healthy is the natural state of your body.  It all comes down to few basic things. What you eat, When you eat, how you eat, what time do you sleep, what time do you wake up, How much you exercise (Not too less & Now too much). We don't have the basic understanding because mostly we did not ask & now one told us because they themselves did not know. I will try to put down as much knowledge as possible in different blogs.

Now about the Migraines:
The best thing you can help yourself in handling it is you gotta sleep on time, Regularly, period. Be in bed by 930 pm. To make you understand why I am saying this is because between 10pm-2am every night, fire (digestive) becomes active in body. This is to burn down all the toxins that it has accumulated during the day so as to make body afresh for next day. Just like house keeping of a building cleans up every night so that building is fresh for use next day, similarly body clears up at night everything what you have accumulated during the day. Such is the intelligence in your body. 

If you don't sleep on time (930) these toxins keeps on accumulating everyday in the body resulting in migraines and other health issues. Initially you will not feel the effects because nature has given us the buffer to handle it. Once the buffer is crossed the problem starts appearing. You gotta follow the rhythm of nature to keep yourself healthy. 

Also your sleep quota will come down. If you sleep by that time (930 pm) you will automatically wake up by 4-5 am (without alarm) as body would have cleared the toxins by then. Otherwise think about time when you slept around 12-1am or later in the night & how you woke up by 8-9 in morning feeling heavy(drowsy).  

This is all part of Ayurveda the ancient Indian medical science. It amuses me every time to know that people in ancient times understood human body & health far better than we understand it today. Just because its ancient does not mean it will not work.If you experiment with basic things (what to eat, when to eat, when to sleep) you will come to realization that it works wonderfully & most of your Chronic health problems are gone without taking any pills.
