Are you Forcing Happiness or Are you Happy, Naturally?

Lets say I asked you to grow a flower (Lets take an example of  Rose). How will you do it. What will you do?

You will take the Rose Seed, bury it in the soil where there is right amount of sunlight air & space.You will water it everyday & make sure that it gets right amount of it. Eventually & slowly the stem will shoot from the ground & start rising. Then the leafs will come out & then the flower bud. After a while the flower bud pops up & eventually the Rose will start to grow & unfold.

Now in this whole process what exactly did you do to grow the flower. You did not force it to come out of stem beforehand, you could not. Even if you were in a hurry to grow it, the nature took its own time to grow it . All you had to do was to provide  soil, sunlight, air, space & water. The flower was the consequence or the end result of the process that you did to grow it.

Similarly Being Joyful, Happy & Peaceful is the consequence or end result of having balanced  emotions, thoughts & energies in your body. When they are balanced  the consequence or the end result is the happiness. 

You cannot force it the other way. You can't use your mind to force happiness, or be Joyful. I am Happy, I am peaceful & I will be good to others are nothing but mind techniques to force something that you are not & you know it does not work for long. You have tried it so many times & failed because it does not work that ways in nature.

Right now you are focussed on being happy but you do not want to go through the process of growing the flower (Happiness) & so it does not happen. It's like you want to write essay in English but you do not want to learn the language itself. You gotta go through the process to achieve the result. Your focus should be on process not on the end result.

The balancing of energies is achieved by yoga & meditation. That is the process & you gotta do it diligiently at least 1 hr everyday (half hour yoga, half hour meditation). Skipping one will not help as they are both required. Just like a doctor prescribes dose of antibiotic to take it for a week every day similarly is the case with yoga & meditation. If you skip the dose it won't work. you will develop resistance,

When all your energies will get balanced the flower(Happiness) will automatically & naturally come out. Mark my words Automatically & Naturally. Being Happy Being Joyful are the consequences or the end result of having a balanced state in your body.
